Please note: Weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
We currently ship to most locations within the United States. International shipping is currently unavailable.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please submit a Return Ticket with clear photos within 7 days of delivery for review.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry or unclaimed parcels.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
In the event of a backordered item or pre-order, the estimated ship date will be communicated on the product page or via email.
